INTRODUCTION

The STPR is the fourth round of the SCCA ProRally Championship. It was held around the hills of Wellsboro PA, including ‘the other’ Grand Canyon, from 4^th June to 6^th June. It is best described by its motto: “Real Roads, Real Cars, Real Fast”.
